The only option you really have is to PM a ninja and ask them what you did that caused it to be locked. Otherwise you will not find out.

Since i also dont know which ninja we might never find out, but maybe they read this and realize that its quite difficult to stop doing something one does not know

You can PM any ninja. It doesn't have to be the one who locked it.
