So, Luna/NF, a 180 that requires 3 crits to kill (whereas you'd normally need 4 crits) is being moved at a 150, a gun type that already kills in 3 crits. I'm pretty sure if you proc Mag Howl (and given it's still gonna be a Precision Frame) you're not gonna actively true and fub your third crit and go for a body. Regardless if Mag Howl is activated or not, it's sill gonna be a 3 crit kill.. So why not just keep Mag Howl perk as is? I mean seriously, how often are people running around 2 banging people? I've maybe seen it done maybe 12 times in the 7 months it's been out and that's across Comp and QP. The way y'all posted on Twitter made it sound like it happens 20+ times a game or something. Kind of like how people swore up and down that Hawkmoon 1 shot you every time and that had like a 1 in 1,000,000,000 chance of happening, something I've only done 2 times in all of D1 prior to it getting nerfed. The real question is why aren't you guys just addressing the 150/140 handcannons on console? Something people have been asking for since DAY 1? Funny how these guns have been getting pushed aside fairly quickly even since the 180's came out since they have little to no bloom and ironically, feel more like guns do on PC for the most part. Fix the 150/140 and you'll see more of them to combat Luna. My main gripe is that the change to Mag Howl dumps on this guns dmg in pve. Getting those crits to stack destroy majors and low tier boss enemies. Why spend so much time telling us to always land your cots through all of D1 and D2 to then change a perk that says, "nah, hit them body shots now" What? Or, Make em exotic? Then you couldn't run NF/Wardclif or NF/Izanagi or NF/Chappy
