I've never had a problem with it when I mained Attunement of Control...

Try it now.

What has changed? They didn't make any patch notes talking about changes to it, so I'd imagine it still functions as normal. I'm only temporarily not maining it btw, I'm giving void some love during Revelry and then it will be right back to being the very best shockey-boi.
-
Also, its not unlike bungie to change something without telling us. In fact, TLW has been feeling slightly better as of late. Not noticable if you havent been maining it like I have since it came out.
-
Bungie has actually been really transparent/trying their best to be since the Activision split. If TLW feels better, maybe you've adjusted to it, or you've gotten better overall? There's quite a few possibilities for that.
-
I guess that's fair. But like you said, revelry or any update mistake could be having an effect on all of this.
-
Well maybe this is normal to you. I only just recently unlocked this class. And by recently I mean less than a month ago. Every time I shoot it if it doesnt fly above an enemy's head or doesn't hit the enemy directly it doesn't do anything. We have tonics so we can test this in a private match.
-
Editado por Hiddenmonkey10: 4/28/2019 3:36:03 AMTry aiming for chest/center-mass as opposed to above the enemy's head. Weaken with a gun and finish with the melee. If it doesn't work, Revelry may have somehow bugged the melee, but that would require testing...
-
No I do, but if an enemy is a trading or if we are both moving it could fly within an inch of an enemy's torso and do nothing. Again, this is not a Throwing knife lol but if they want it to be like throwing knife why play this subclass? I might as well just go play Hunter
-
So, you're saying that if you would have secured the kill otherwise, when you die in a trade, the grenade doesn't do damage? Or are you meaning trading melees alone?
-
No not trading, strafing. Strafe. My phone auto corrected strafe lol smh
-
*strafing, enemy is strafing
-
Gotcha, disregard the whole questioning on Trading thing then. As for strafing... It certainly doesn't track, so I'm not 100% sure what advice to give. I'm generally more of a PvPotato, and as such, get paired against other potatoes. I have gotten into a few good strafing fights, and when that happens, I tend to just use a weapon instead of being fancy with abilities. Btw, as a fellow arclock, have you tried bottom tree+ability tonic yet? You have buddies forever!
-
Also no I haven't. I may check it out.
-
It's lead to a LOT of insanity. Especially if you have a team that will stick close. All of the Arc Souls (Buddies) melt the enemies. If it's just you, launch a well, and now it's a 2 v 1 where one of the two are invincible and shoots tracking projectiles.
-
On the one hand I'm glad Bungie isnt afraid of giving us power and breaking stuff. On the other hand this kind of goes back to your point. This class is about control. And If like to counter that. Wouldn't it show that kind of control if it did release in that way? In the way of seeking enemies and places to dissipate?
-
Lol I don't want it to track. I want it to explode on proximity. It's a ball of lightning. It should be inherently unstable. If it gets near an enemy, or heck, if an enemy shoots it, or heck heck, if I shoot it, it should zap to the nearest target. If no target is within a reasonable distance, then it can go straight down, like lightning does in nature.
-
I get that, but I suppose that's why it's the Attunement of "Control". It's no longer unstable, you have learned to master the lightning and focus it to your whim. However, Bungie clearly didn't think about those whose whim is to have it become unstable after launching it...
