What part of these proposed changes are open to feedback isn't understandable?

You honestly think its not going to happen? Every time they announce a nerf they not only follow through but absolutely butcher whatever they are gunning for.

I didn't say they wouldn't go through with a change, just that they're probably going to rethink it a bit if yesterday (and presumably today, and going forward) is anything to go by. Because I don't know about you, but when most of the forums are flipping their shit over something that probably warrants further careful examination.
