Three headshots from a 150 will kill regardless, after the nerf LH & NF will have be more forgiving if you miss your last shot and get a body. It’ll still be good, but now it won’t reward good players with bonus damage like it currently does.

Which to me serves no purpose other than to prevent extra damage to supers And their effectiveness in pve.

Editado por Cohen: 4/25/2019 10:45:44 PMAre you kidding me? It currently three-taps as a 180 RPM, no other primaries can compete with them. They reward a good player with bonus damage, the rich get richer. It is not fair or good for the games META.

We're talking about post nerf luna's here. If 150 luna's will kill in 3 headshots regardless of bonus damage. Why remove the bonus damage?
-
Or you can just, you know, get two headshots and then purposefully aim for the body to get the kill.
-
That's what the perk does now. If it's post nerf variant will do the same thing. Why nerf it at all?
-
Oh boy, really? They’re currently a 180 RPM, they should only be able to kill with four headshots but with Mag Howl they can three-tap regardless of where they hit their third shot, head or body. They change the games TTK by performing outside of their intended archetype. Like, imagine using a rapid fire Scout but have it hit like a high impact Scout...it would be broken. Changing them to a 150 RPM means that they will be able to three tap regardless without the perk meaning they won’t change the TTK because the third shot would’ve killed them if it was a headshot, currently 150’s will need two head and two body, LH & NF will need two head and one body making them more forgiving without allowing them to perform outside of their archetype.

Editado por draycole: 4/25/2019 11:37:49 PMI haven't disagreed with anything you've said. But you seem to be skirting around my question of Why nerf the 150rpm luna's bonus Headshot damage?

Honestly, it’s a stupid change. They’re looking at it from a PvP standpoint. The third headshot from a 150 would kill anyway so they should keep the perk working as it is so it’s still viable in PvE. Sorry, I believe I misunderstood you there, but you have a good point which I agree with.

They not removing it completely, they’re moving it to just bonus damage on the body shot. So, they’ll be more forgiving to use if you miss your last headshot.
-
It already does that.
