So...when are we gonna adjust bloom?

Bloom needs to go. At the very least reduce it. That, and their stability, makes 140 and 150 RPM hand cannon so much less competitive on console than they should be. Make a patch that only ships on console. I don't care. Just please fix it. RNG in fights needs to go. Honestly, I'm even in the boat of shotgun pellet spread RNG needs to go as well. No reason my shotgun that can kill at 8 meters occasionally doesn't even break shields at 4. I'll even take a lethal range nerf if it means my guns are consistent, but I don't think the community is ready for that yet. But as for bloom on weapons that require three precision hits in a row to kill? That needs to go. Especially in a world of flinch and high recoil. There's no reason someone with a Better Devils should fight through flinch, control the recoil, strafe like a madman, and land 2 crits and 1 body before dying to a 180 because bloom decided to make his clear headshot a bodyshot or miss altogether. And before anyone says "Don't buff hand cannons in this meta!", more than 40% of all energy weapon kills belong to 180s and less than 2% of kinetic kills belong to Ace on console. This isn't a hand cannon meta. It's a 180 RPM hand cannon meta. I am simply offering 2 more weapon archetypes to combat against it.
