So many people in this thread that fail to understand what a contract is. This isn't something Bungie has a choice over unless they want to get sued by Sony.

They had a choice to not cause this error and have this foul up happen to begin with... Js
-
The problem is not that they rush to fix this error. It's that they take their time fixing everything else.
-
Yeah, they're rushing to fix this because they can face legal action if they don't

F console exclusive crap any ways. I know that ppl cant have it right now but I mean come on a freaking year for some of this crap is -blam!-.
-
How is that relevant... how can people be so clueless about businesses
-
Its every bit relevant. Exclusives are stupid... 1 month ppl can get over 1 year is -blam!-. I mean shit I never went back to d1 to play with those exclusives because there was no point so tell me how is it not relevant. Are we not talking about exclusives or did the word change?

Editado por Mr Fats: 4/9/2019 11:01:17 PMSo forget about the money Sony invested that helped make this game possible as well? How naive people are nowadays? you really dont understand why exclusives exist? amazing
-
Clearly the money they got from Sony hardly helped
-
Clearly how, can you elaborate? Do you think that during the creation of the game, they didnt take into account that this excersive wouldnt be possible (or it would incur in a big risk) if they had not chosen to secure an investment with Sony?
-
The game has been dragging it's feet for 5 years. But what do I know >.>
-
That doesnt explain it, please continue... Plus dragging its feet for 5 years... well I will have to disagree on that, but thats a completely different story Also, Sony didnt help Bungie with the game itself, it helped them by injecting money into the project, I am not sure you understand how this works, but please, go ahead and give me an explanation on why Sony's investment did not help Bungie/Activision.

Editado por SteelyFat Jimmy: 4/10/2019 4:30:18 PMObviously they didn't help with the game. I didn't say that. Sure they injected money to "improve" the game but I hardly see the impact or difference as the game grows. Destiny 2 year 2 feels lackluster to Destiny 1 in year 3. Which is my OPINION. Keyword buckeroony. The game isn't in an amazing state as you think. But it's ok to be a Desticle and believe this is the best game ever. Your Opinion Now, you may say that Sonys money helping the game improve isn't an opinion but uhhhhh I need proof! Tell me, how much money did Bungie make off them and what improvements was that investment helping the game? Well besides saying piss off xbox and pc

Your Opinion
When did I say this was the best game ever? I merely reply to your comment "the game has been dragging for the last 5 years" which is not true, a game that drags for 5 years would have been long gone.
Now, you may say that Sonys money helping the game improve isn't an opinion but uhhhhh I need proof! Tell me, how much money did Bungie make off them and what improvements was that investment helping the game? Well besides saying piss off xbox and pc
Again, Sony didnt help Bungie/Activision improve the game, they help them with the costs and they promise some exclusivity... exclusive content helps Sony obtain more customers, basically sell more copies, Destiny is just one of many, some games ONLY release on PS4 (and others only on XBOX or PC)... this has nothing to do with Sony helping bungie improve the game, no at all, I guess I was correct when I said you dont know how exclusives work in the gaming industry. This type of deals happen all the time, lets say, you need money to do start a plumbing business, I will help you with your investment but if you promise you will put a sticker on all your vans with the name of my company. But I will never tell you what to do with your business and how to run it, I am not a partner I am just an investor. Now, if your company flops I could ask for compensation, but thats a different story, Destiny for instance did not flop (sales-wise)

Holy -blam!- dude... I do get. I just hate how they do the exclusives in Destiny. I'm just expressing my dislike. I don't need you to explain this pointless nonsense because it doesn't change my outlook on it
-
As an Xbox Guardian who has been supporting Bungie since Halo:CE I have hated console Exclusives from the start. Especilly ones that are a year -blam!-ing long and are ruined by the time they release for us anyway. I hope this ends when September rolls around.
-
Thankyou! The thing that is annoying and scary is sometimes it can be 2 years. Look at Zen Meteor sniper rifle. It was a weapon I was super excited for and now it's too late to get. Sure I could load up D1 and try and get it but why would I bother? I know Jade Rabbit was one of those weapons too but they at least released the weapon in D2. Still upsetting that they haven't done the same for the Zen Meteor. Now we have Wave Splitter. As a fan of trace rifles, it sucks not having one for void situations or singes. *sigh* It's frustrating and it does hurt me and others play experience

I feel you. I still went back to D1 when D2 released just so I can get the Grimiore from the Zen Meteor, from both the Ghost Fragment and the Exclusive Strike itself and the Grimiore from the two Exclusive Maps they had. I'm a big lore guy so missing out even on one Strike and Exotic irks me. I mean it still feels new when it comes to us but you can tell that they are late in the story by just what they deal with. I can't wait to see what the Wavesplitter is like. Looks cool. But I really just hope they stop with the Exclusives. It'll be beneficial to every Guardian whether PC/PS/X1 no doubts whatsoever.
