I saw this topic brought up not too long ago, but i cant recall if it were a post or a comment on one so here we go. also i felt it was pretty important to reiterate so;
vanguard pinnacle weapons? - you can grind for them.
gambit pinnacle weapons? - you can grind for them.
crucible pinnacle weapons? - rewards only skilled players willing to play a punishing game mode.
I feel some thing is wrong there as well. This coming from someone who enjoys pvp, with a refusal to go with the meta just for the sake of k/d. unless the meta becomes pulse rifles again at some point cause that's my jam. anywho i don't care for any of the current crucible pinnacle quests as the comp playlist just leaves a bad taste in my mouth with its 1 step forward 1 step backward feel to rank progression.
I really would like to see the current playlists separated back into game modes and base future crucible quests off those. as if you did that now it would be painful with either the rng of quick play, or the time gate of weekly. i digress, with game modes you could base a pinnacle shotgun or smg off rumble accomplishments (yes i am aware rumble is in the game its an example). bring back big maps in their own playlist and reward scouts or snipers for completion in that list. i mean i could go on but i think yall get the idea. that's how i would like to see the future of crucible pinnacle quests.

6 RespuestasI don't see a problem with the current system, pve is boring, and apart from the oxygen scout the pve pinnacle weapons are underwhelming. Redrix compliments a skilled player, luna and NF are very very good, and are a worthy reward for the effort put in. The recluse is probably the most fun gun in the game right now. I encourage everyone to grab a team and jump in to comp. Populate the playlist and get yourselves some amazing hardware.

3 RespuestasI don’t see anything wrong with how bungie is doing things. It’s just that it’s not to some players liking because they can’t find teammates or they suck at crucible. A lot of it can be done solo. If you don’t have the confidence to do it, then that’s a you problem (I’m generally speaking btw).

3 RespuestasPulse rifles are definitely in the meta and really the only way to stop 180 HC reliably unless you hardheaded like me and use autos.
