Iron banner should not be a power based because of how many people are not 700 by the time it comes around. Personally I used to play so much Iron banner that I would get 120+ tokens in one session of playing. Now I don't even want to touch it because I would get 1 shot by some person with a shotgun shooting me from 30 ft away. Or you would get 1 shot by hand cannons and not be able to get any of the new armor. The only time I played Iron banner last season was the last time it was available because I was 646 and actually able to compete with other people. Bungo should either stop increasing the power level or get rid of the power advantage to IB. IB is not fun for those of us who don't play the game often or don't play to increase the power level to max in the first 2 days of the expansion.
