Don't get me wrong, when season of the forge came out, nothing pissed me off more than having to grind for cores, shards, and planetary resources in order to infuse a powerful drop. After hitting light level 650 however, I decided to stockpile all of the items necessary to ensure a smooth leveling experience come season of The Drifter. It has been working wonderfully! So, I have to ask, knowing that the next light level would be 700, why didn't more Guardians prepare?
Amongst those who complain about the enhancement core process, ask yourself these simple questions...
Are you one of those Guardians that goes all out at the start of every season only to max out your light and then disappear for a couple of months?... Only to come back at the start of the new season and complain about how you don't have enough materials to level up quickly?
Are you one of those Guardians who have outside obligations such as a job, or a wife, or children, ECT... and as a result, do not have the time to dedicate toward achieving the necessities for leveling as quickly as you would like?
Are you one of those Guardians who feels they have to level up an item every time they get a powerful drop? Let's be real, today's 670 drop is tomorrow 674 drop, and the next days 680 drop, and the next days 690... See where I'm going with this? A colossal waste of enhancement cores right there!
Are you one of those Guardians who are trying to max out three characters at one time? Good luck with that! Milestones are account-based... But if you play enough, it's very feasible! Just don't expect to hit 700 as fast as a person who's concentrating on one character.
The unspoken rule of any looter shooter is... The more you play, the better the pay... see you in the Wilds

1 RespuestaEditado por VanHeath: 3/25/2019 2:17:35 AMIt’s about player customization. Bungie Gave us expanded player customization in D2 and then made maintaining your customization inefficient and tedious. I used to play several hours a night to level up, customize, and enjoy 3 characters Pre-Forsaken Now I play the same amount to level up, customize, and not really enjoy 1 character. I’m missing out on 66% of playing experience just trying to get 1 armor set that looks good, has useful Perks & Mods, and is Max Power. Pre-Forsaken I had 3 armor sets (one for each subclass) for each character. I loved my characters look and weapons, and that I could buy a mod and change a Solar weapon to Arc if I wanted to. Forsaken has made player customization heavily reliant on RNG and made it a grind. Plus we lost the ability to change elemental damage to our favorite weapons and they seem to always drop with the same element every time. Why I can’t have a Solar Bad Omens is beyond me. My playing experience should be enjoying content and game modes, not one where I constantly have to wear mismatched ugly armor or have to go on side quests just to get cores. Question for OP: Has Enhancement Cores Enhanced your playing experience?

3 RespuestasEditado por BADMAGIK: 3/24/2019 11:58:43 PMThe people that complain want everything handed to them simply because they bought the game. They'll get overly defensive, screaming at you that it's not true, but it is. Their justification is they play the game more than you so they just have whatever they want.

9 RespuestasStay out of the official Destiny 2 feedback forum if you don’t want to see negative feedback. The core system is bad. Players don’t like it. They go to the official feedback forum and give Bungie feedback. The feedback isn’t for you. If you see a post that’s critical of cores in the title don’t read it.
