Can we get ya'll to actually talk to us? I mean, you are the Ninjas of a forum famous for how it has interacted with its denizens, yet suddenly you are taking on the silence is the best policy? We are sitting here facing a problem. You are locking our posts with no sense we can figure out and while yes, you have carte blanche to do as you please, which we understand, so do I as a parent and it backfires spectacularly when I try that with my kids. We have problems that we are mystified as to why you are not addressing them, but you are taking the time to lock posts that are about you locking posts? Explain it to us, explain to us the end game here, because all it is doing is creating disrespect towards ya'll and a level of animosity that is not good for you or us to have here. Yes, I am asking you, please come talk to us like we are equals, have a conversation with us. Hold a Q&A session or something, with some ground rules of course, it won't hurt you and it might help to make your job easier in regards to Offtopic at least. We are not your enemy and despite what you may think, a number of folks here enjoy talking to ya'll and we like seeing if we can spark a humourous response from you! So think about it, talk it over amongst yourselves. You do not have to respond now, you can set up a time, because you will get asked questions that are going to challenge you and I think most of those are going to come from a point of needing to understand the very open interpretation of your Code of Conduct that sees things like threads about locked threads being locked, yet people who are openly disrespectful and reported, yet they are free to operate onwards with no issues.
