You can play this game quite easily with no PVP
Non of the weapons that require PVP to attain are any real use in PVE.
If you wan them as a trophy then you need to complete the requirements entailed.
PVP has zero reflection on PVE content, non of it is need for patrols, strikes, nightfalls, raids or PVE events.

Did you want to read your own statement again?? I only use it in pvE. I don’t touch pvp, but I had to pvp to get the Ace. It’s a beast in pve, rarely leaves my hand.

Dude lunas and NF are beasts in PvE

they are good for primary weapon dps but shotguns will do the job better. your primary weapon should be for killing trash mobs which lunas and nf are terrible for compared to kindled orchid, midnight coup etc

I rarely see them, very rarely in raid teams. Maybe the PVP players dont raid.

Probably not a lot raiding, I’ve been using NF for hallowed lair farming and It is insane though. If PvE players get either weapon it’s def worth a go in nightfalls Atleast.

Usually something with a little more distance, many of my clan have lunas and don't use it in PVE. Each to their choice for sure.

It would appear so. If you dont enjoy the game play and only wish to obtain trophy weapons then something else might well be your bag. I don't care for gambit so I didn't get breakneck, I play what I enjoy. Good day and good luck somewhere else.

I enjoy the quests, and going through the stories. I enjoy a lot about this game except crucible. But when story lines are tied to certain game styles it sucks. And your right if I don’t like the way Bungie is taking this game you are most definitely right I should move on and spend my money else where. Enjoy your game

Thanks You can do what you choose, I raid a lot and play PVE mostly. Its enough for me, If I didn't get a thorn it wouldn't make me think I should quit. When I played racing games sometimes I could attain certain points as I wasn't a good enough driver, didnt make forgo the parts I enjoyed. Good day
