I'm About Done with Gambit Prime.
I have played 38 games, almost 8 hours, I have 43 invader synths, 21 reaper, 29 sentry, 13 collector and 0 I mean 0 weapon drops. I am Pissed.
I get a team wipe almost every time I go in. I have had 30 kill games on invades. I have 270 invade kills, 78 invader kills.
I am just about done with Gambit Prime.
8 hours of prime doing the correct actions to get synths to drop to have a chance at guns, I get all the synths in the world but no weapons.
I feel like my player investment has not paid off at all.
After 43 Gambit Prime matches I finally got a weapon to drop. About time.

About time.[/quote] I nova bombed a high value target and got a fully masterworked sub machine gun that has multi kill clip. Maybe invading isn’t the way to go?

Kill more high value targets. I've had 3 or 4 drop that way.

I’ve had 2 of the weapons drop in Reckoning 1st tear. Apparently it has a much greater odds of the weapons dropping in there than gambit prime.

2 RespuestasThey should have had a bounty system where each weak a couple of weapons are available to grind for similar to Ada's, but obviously you play prime and reckoning, I don't mind some forms of RNG but it's verging on the side of ridiculous at this point for some players, I have pretty good RNG by all accounts as well so feel for the other people. Complaining about RNG is a strange one as it's the foundation of the game and I knew what I was getting into, but I don't think the RNG system is true RNG, the numbers just don't add up.

A win should guarantee a legendary drop + double synths.

If you get a synth at the start of the match, there is literally no chance for you to get another synth or weapon in that same match. Don’t accidentally get a reaper synth, then be surprised when the 19 kill invasion doesn’t yield anything

7 RespuestasIt's still the first week. Come back at the end of this season if you still don't have guns. D2 players being so whiny on the same week of content dropping. Try doing VoG Hard for Fatebringer. And not getting it. From day one. To the end of Y3. It's a game with RNG. And if you're doing an activity that [i]ISN'T[/i] the primary source of certain drops, you shouldn't be doing it expecting said drops.

2 RespuestasI agree , you should have every gun by now, so you can post about how all the content is stupid, because I have played 8 hours and have everything. I've played about 5 hours haven't gotten a gun either, back to prime.

1 RespuestaI don’t understand these weapon drops. The first two Gambit Prime games I played I told my team I’d be the Sentry. All I did was concentrate on invaders and Taken sent over, nothing else. In those two games I got the Masterwork shot gun twice (both times after taking out blockers and each time the drop accompanied the in game medal that flashes on screen). In the third match I concentrated on taking down adds and got a normal version of the SMG. I’ve received no weapons from The Reckoning. I feel like the weapons are tied to how well you do in your specific role but I really don’t have any proof of that other then my experience. I think I’ve played between 6-10 matches total.

Played one — and remembered how much I dislike gambit in general . Just don’t enjoy it .
