I don't underatand why we even have comp if quickplay is just always full of stacked teams with howl and forgottens. I'm having a more relaxed time in comp then I am with quickplay. C'mon try new guns or a new loadout. I find it so unrewarding to always use the same shotgun and handcannon every game...

The Crucible is no place for mercy. And that includes Quickplay.

Editado por Tk: 3/9/2019 6:57:54 AMFunny thing is people defend no sbmm for the exact opposite reason - so it wouldn't be sweaty. Thing is though it is sweaty for one side... The side trying to survive the stomping of higher skill players. The side with the not forgottens/luna arent really sweating. They are just easy farming kills while your side playing sweaty to survive. With sbmm we had more closer and balanced matches and both sides were equally sweaty. I preffered sbmm to the current "quick stomp or be stomped" system. D1: Sbmm 1. Slightly longer matchmaking times. 2. You see laggy players more often compared to cbmm (once every few games for me). 3. But matches are closer and balanced. Both sides have an equal amount of sweat. It isnt one sided like the current system. Current d2 cbmm: 1. Fast matchmaking time. 2. Prioritize connection speeds so laggy players are pretty rare. 3. Throws anyone in any order regardless of any kind of team balance. Leads to higher level players stacking together and farming easy random skill players. One side gets stomped or people just leave and the other side gets to increase their kd and make montages. The side that gets stomped has enough of this and start hating/avoiding crucible and just leaves entirely. This just continues until theres less and less players. The stomp or be stomped system is unhealthy for the crucible. I personally preffered sbmm to this. Also its said that comp has sbmm or rank based matchmaking. But matchmaking is still extremely unbalanced at times where you end up having low skill players in your team while your opponents are all high skill players. That clearly isnt sbmm. Matchmaking in this game is just trash and poorly implemented. All id like is to go into quickplay and try out different loadouts without being mercy'd by a stack of dustrocks, nf, wardiff while my team is full of blueberries and the match just ending in 1 min. At least with sbmm both sides would be of similar skill and id have a better chance at the match instead of auto losing the minute i step in.

2 RespuestasEditado por Lull9: 3/8/2019 3:53:03 PMIt's a vicious cycle. Crucible sucks so the most casual players leave. Crucible sucks more, so the next tier of players leave. And on and on. Eventually only the douchebags are left. Then even douchebags don't want to play anymore, because they don't have anyone left to pad their stats off of. Which is why they don't want to play Comp. When Quickplay is fully ruined, PvP will be in a pretty sorry state.

What are you talking about? Comp is the same shit as qp right now. 4 stacks hunters flying and sliding with shotties and hand cannons... Add ddosers and xim4 users to this shitfest, and you got yourself a D2 "competitive" mode.

1 RespuestaQuick play should be randoms never team matched. Or have the option to just play randoms

3 RespuestasLuna’s, dust rock, and warcliff loadouts and stacks in quick play get nice emotes and tbags. Gets them so mad because their life is validated by doing well in Destiny. They are all too scared to lose or fail, so they try nothing else. I find it hilarious how they are just wiping everyone who are trying to challenge themselves with different and bizarre load outs.

2 RespuestasEditado por AbsolutZeroGI: 3/9/2019 11:59:03 PMA lot of people who want sbmm keep getting trapped in the same argument. "sbmm keeps the casuals from the sweaties" vs the "but it's supposed to be anything goes" opinion of the sweaties. However, all of that ignores the actual core reason that sweaties like QP: They don't have to face one another. Sweaties hate playing other sweaties because their stats would go down, they'd lose more often, and they'd have to try harder. Have you heard this line? "I just wanna relax and play some qp" It's PvP, it's not supposed to be relaxing dammit lol. In any case, we hate playing sweaties and sweaties hate playing sweaties and Bungie has no idea how to proceed. I don't blame them, (Bungie) honestly. But the problem here is the predatory nature of sweaty players and the inability to acknowledge that they like QP the way it is for the same reason the rest of us want it changed, because nobody wants to play with those unpleasant, poisonous people, not even other unpleasant, poisonous people. That should be the real conversation. Logic only gets you so far with people who get their dopamine drips from 50 kill, 2 death slaughterhouses with 20+ game win streaks where they're the only ones having fun and will do anything to keep that environment open.

You know, some people are try hards! Switch it up people
-
Qp has being turned into neck beard central were the unemployed can boost their ego
-
I did one match of Supremacy on Legions Gulch, spawned, took the right man cannon, then instantly got shot by Not Forgottens and Wardcliffs. Good time.

1 RespuestaWhy after you get Luna and not forgotten where else do you go to chill and stat pad?
-
Haha mad cos bad 👍
-
Didn’t realize how bad it was til I played comp and it was balanced
-
Do you think a 6 stack has ever faced another 6 stack? I f:xking don't.
-
4 RespuestasBungie doesn’t care and the people who think they are good because they farm fake stats off blueberries and potatoes don’t want it to change. Don’t like it? Don’t play it. Unfortunately this cynical viewpoint is also true.
-
20 Respuestasi'm more concerned about how hardly anyone plays titan, it's all warlocks and hunters. cheesy mode

4 RespuestasEditado por FataLVisioN_Oo: 3/9/2019 2:05:17 PMIt's really not sweaty. Solo qued my last 15 games and i'm averaging a 2.4kd+ (3 point something kda+). Played most the matches with a fusion rifle. Quickplay is rather enjoyable.

QP is bad. Pinnacle weapons have ruined weapon diversity to a degree. Reason why I stopped playing QP for the most part and play Comp or The Flavor of the Week modes. Even Rumble has been relegated to everyone using comp pinnacles all the fn time. But Comp has just felt so relaxing, at least at the lower levels, compared to QP.
-
5 RespuestasLikewise, I started playing comp just to get out of the QP hell hole. At least comp is a better reason for them to all run NF/LH and Dustrock Blues in a full fireteam.
-
2 RespuestasI agree SBMM Must return.

Editado por BlaQinci7: 3/9/2019 3:42:47 PMMake sure I stretch, loosen up the hammies, take my vitamins, drink some water, 20 pushups, 20 jumping jacks, 20 thumb extenders, positive mantra” who’s the man? You the man?” Stretch the hamstrings again , don’t wanna blow a hammie. Punch myself in the nuts a few times And now time for some d2 quick play

4 RespuestasAll the replies about "If you're in QP you shouldn't care about getting wrecked" What everybody is complaining about is the lack of fairness. You can't even trade kills because they have an unfair advantage in load out (LH/NF). And QP doesn't care about skill level of the player. So you see a Diamond ranked player farming Bronze ranked players. The Diamond gets 40+ kills against players who aren't even a challenge to them with inferior load outs. But it gives their fragile ego the YouTube montage they crave to prove they are good. What people are 'whinging' about is the unfairness of the situation. SBMM will pit similar skill against similar skill. Not some 5 Glory reset Diamond ranked player with the best load out versus a potato who hasn't even broken 550 power yet who has gone into QP for his 'Powerful' gear engram. Competitive was where we hoped they would live in this world of CBMM. But instead, it's been made so they do Competitive to get pinnacle weapons and make QP 'sweaty' by exerting dominance against players they should have no business playing against.

3 RespuestasThe sweats need Trials so they can circle jerk other sweats. They’re bored of comp so they just go curb stomp people who are just tying to enjoy a game
-
Editado por Kuzie: 3/9/2019 2:59:28 PMStop crying about Quick-play try getting a competitive Suspension for being Dos. then you can talk about BS within pvp. QP is a mode where you kick back n chill P.S Ninjas.. dont waste your time coming out spouting on about terms of service
-
If SBMM gets added to quickplay Ill be mad. Its “quickplay”, anything can happen. Good for you going against stack teams, doesn’t stop me from playing crucible, it happens in a lot of games.

5 RespuestasThat's because Quickplay's abusive matchmaking has driven out everyone else. Bungie chose to give their sweats the opportunity to stomp on cupcakes instead of playing matches where they actually had to play people AT THEIR LEVEL. Didn't occur to them that the cupcakes might leave in disgust.
