Seeing this catch up mechanic announced made me happy, it was the one reason I stopped playing a few months ago cause it felt very slow to catch up with light levels increasing ever so slightly. I didn't get forsaken at launch so i was behind the curve and just could not seem to catch up at all. I was looking forward to the Last word quest then when i found out theres a quest requiring light level 650 i tapped out and just didnt bother. so these power surge bounties has cemented my return to the game and hopefully I'll be able to finally experience the last wish raid. Whats you guys thoughts on the catch up mechanics? Have i missed anything else?
