I guess you're entitled to all raid gear then too. GUYS, BRING THE TRUCK OVER!

well thats more or less the truth isnt it tho. 100 hours on a raid will get u almost all the gear and the raid exotic wich is a rare drop.... 100 hours on pvp gave me 0% towards anything.
100 hours on a raid will get u almost all the gear and the raid exotic
Not for everyone, Some still don't have 1k voices after 60 clears, imagine how they feel. You're also basing this on that just because you spent that much time failing, that you deserve for your troubles to end. People's problems in raids are the RNG, not difficulty. 100hrs of completing tasks, but being screwed by luck actually deserves a reward. 100hrs of failing doesn't. That step is asking the bare minimum of skill and basic survival tactics. You want to improve your progress? Die less, plain and simple. This is a handout compared to Thorn back in D1.

just cause u dont have 1k voices doesnt really mean your right. ive got less than 100 hours on LW and i have every piece of gear and 1k voice. the wishender bow is a 5 hr job. malfeasance i dunno lets say 20 hours on a bad run.... im actually cool with all the rng. i dont like wasting my time on something that ive already put 100 hours into and the end isnt even in clear comprehension... to put it into simple math it would be if it takes 100 hours to get 0% then to get 100% would take an infinite amount of time
just cause u dont have 1k voices
Wasn't even talking about myself, but okay.
im actually cool with all the rng
Maybe you're lucky and that's why you don't understand. Last word requires some semblance of skill to get because it is a skill based weapon. I'm willing to bet you were carried through malfeasance, wish ender, and all your raids because if those were easy for you, this should be. The average player is taking 3-4 games easy to get past that part.

its a different type of skill. raids and malfease and the rest of them are all the same. u learn based on practice of the specific steps and whatnot. i learn that way really easy. but crucible is different like u said its a different kind of learning, faster paced reflexes and decisions made on different criteria in different situations thats where im having teh trouble. imagine if riven was based on a random generator where he did something entirely different every time u went in. thats the kind of difference we are talking about here
-
Players are also very predictable if they all act the same. Learning survival in raids is applicable anywhere else.
decisions made on different criteria in different situations thats where im having teh trouble
Then that is something you have to improve on. Doesn't take skill to know how to not die, that requires intellect. Also, Riven is a girl.
-
survival in raids is not the same as crucible my guy. when u hide from rivens focused one shot u hide behind the pillar right (assuming your not cheesing it). but heres the kicker riven doesnt run around the corner with shotgun with rampage does SHE
-
Because I'm definitely talking about JUST Riven.
-
i dont think you know what ur talking about tbh. have u ever done a raid?
-
I don't think you're grasping the very basic skills raids can help one develop that could contribute to them deciding to not get themselves killed in the crucible. Because those skills would help you be done with this quest already.
-
i dont think ur grasping the difference between a preformatted fight that will always go the same way except maybe a couple variables. and the crucible.
-
and the issue is easily solved by having a second clause on the quest just like malfeasance did
