I didn’t realize it was so hard to get, it dropped for me on my 2nd time through. Good luck, and hang in there, I’m truly sorry you’re having such a hard time getting it.

It’s not a big deal, the wait is the worst part, really hope they avoid this kind of thing in the future. I mostly want it for that pin, but there’s only one more Shattered Throne before that pin isn’t available anymore.
