Bungie: Would It Kill Ya To Increase The Drop Rate On Forsaken Exotics & Fix Dupes - Missing One Piece Of Armor & Should Not Be Getting Any Dupes

I have only 1 piece of exotic armour on my hunter to get so over past 4 plus weeks I have only ran that character and the exotics that it has received were ALL DUPLICATES.. If in the 4 weeks with the amount of exotics I did get and considering I never got the 1 item left it just shows how busted their exotic duplicate / drop rate is.. Bungie never fixed it , just told players so less posts on forums about its state.

Lucky you im missing 3 on the warlock one on the titan and one on the hunter and lord of wolves and anarchy. Only things i play the game for now and find it really hard to wanna log on when they either never drop or get the same old exotics over and over

2 RespuestasIn my opinion you get far to many Exos right now. They felt exotic in the begin of Forsaken when i was desperate to get the new ones. But after the first patches they dropped in like nothing else. When Black Armoury started i had all Forsaken Exos except Malfeasence (due i hate Gambit). Yet i played a lot and therefore i found i fair. If you don't spend as much time in D2, you should not have all Exos. Thats the point of a rare item. With the Armory DLC it got worse. So far i got 5 Monarque and 5 Jötunn's, and dozenzs of exos i already own. So they could easily lower the drop rate.

Let me tell you about the all powerful mother, wait for it, -blam!-ing, wait for it, exotic called, "The Otherside!" Yes The Otherside. The most powerful exotic to drop from strikes, Gambit, NF, and PvP countless times! Why? Because needing one Hunter chest piece and one Warlock arms is just too -blam!-ing OP! I mean, why have that when you can you have a vault full of the exact same sparrow with the exact same stats!!!! Break on through, chubs! Break on through!!!!

I play one to two hours a day since forsaken and have only recieved one forsaken piece of armor across my warlock and hunter. I believe I deserve more and wish i had not gotten 2 vigilance wings last week.

Yeah I can't get ursa to drop to save my life. 2 months since I've gotten a new exotic. Like 30 year 1 weapons and 3 forsaken. It's so unbelievably irritating.

Season of the Drifter seems a lacklustre as the last, after all it will be are more rinse and repeat bounties, while we scamper about furiously struggling to attain 700 light, and grasp for those ever illusive RNG controlled exotics. Our mute Guardian will blast and hack their way through, the same enemies, compliently following Ghosts direction never saying a word, and maybe two hours later, new story is done with, no i hold no hope for season of the Drifter.

I get world drops more than I get activity rewards. Just got a Tractor Cannon yesterday and a Black Talon the day before.

I went 153 days between forsaken exotic armor drops. Everything else in between....yep you guessed it. Duplicates.

I have 1 Forsaken exotic for my Titan, and so far I got that same item again last night, 3 drops of Y1 exotics, and 2 Trinity Ghoul on top of the one I have in the vault. Look, I get RGN is RGN, but when you announce that you are going to address duplicate drop protection for exotics.....at least twice now....can you make it more meaningful? I am a fan since the Halo days, and I typically don't complain, but this is frustrating. I share your pain OP

They'd have to redo the whole loot system. They won't admit it, but the entire loot table is designed to favor dropping things you already have. So they can't make that tendency to keep receiving duplicates go away without revamping the whole system.

Still missing one eyed bandit. Nothing like doing every single powerful to get more Borealis. Thanks bungie. Literally the last exotic I need but guess that's bungo saying I'm not worthy I guess.

4 RespuestasYup. Totally agree. I FINALLY got Shards of Galinor the other day on my hunter and, after reading all the complaints of it being too overpowered, I was underwhelmed to say the least. I thought it would be the ultimate exotic like Orpheus Rigs. Alas, it dropped after the nerf and now it feels less than exotic. Maybe I'm not using it properly. Either way, if the drop rates were higher I might have got it before people complained too much and ruined all the cool stuff this game has. Or had.
