My drop mag, kill clip, rampage, max range masterworked Transfiguration would DEFINITELY say otherwise. The thing is a beast in PVE and lights out in pvp.

Gone are the hung jury days but still a highly viable weapon class.

As much as I want to approve, you have the two best perks in the game on a gun that can feel the improvement more than others.
