Even if there is a wall across the entirety of the border, they will tunnel under it and find boats that will take them around it. All they'll need to do is go a few miles offshore and land on secluded beaches at night. I'm sure this has already been done. All it's going to do is slow some of them down a little. Until we enforce laws that make people who harbor and employ illegal and undocumented immigrants, this will never change.

We can walk and chew gum at the same time. I do agree with you that there should be serious consequences if companies are found with illegals for the cheap labor. Buuuut we do need to follow the folks’ advice that actually patrol the border and build the wall.

A wall at specific places would help, at least that's what Border Patrol has stated. It won't stop it completely but gives them more time to respond. I do agree with the last part though. If either side were serious about stopping the flow of illegal aliens into the country they would go after businesses that employ illegals.
