We know it’s somewhere in the Western Hemisphere from Amanda Holidays dialogue but beyond that we have no exact location.

S. America in the Andes. There was a lore tab from D1 that stated the last city is near the southern most tip of where humanity lived. Any further south and you end up in the Antarctic.
