You’re going to have to play crucible to get it. Just like I had to suffer through gambit to get malfeasance.
Also, TLW is shit in PvE so what the hell would you want it for anyway?

17 RespuestasActually, no it's not. It has no ties to the crucible other than that's where people like to use it. Look at the lore, it has nothing to do with the crucible.
