I'm not getting it, I'm a soloist and it sounds way less friendly to solo players than Destiny. I'm not saying destiny is great for solo players, it isnt but Anthem is going to be straight ass for players like me, pass.

And this is my potential issue with Anthem. Destiny, although very far from perfect, can be played Solo. And if it was a purely solo game, instead of being "shared world", I'd be a lot happier. Anthem is pulling the same thing. But as it's coming form the people behind Mass Effect, I feel like I am a lot less forgiving about it not being Mass Effect. Because it kind of feels like it should have been, and they're cashing in on Destiny's popularity of being shared-world when that's my biggest regret about this franchise.

I’m primarily a solo player as well, and can’t wait. I actually enjoy doing things that generally take more players. Plus, you can adjust the activity level to suit you.

This is what I think a lot of the "AnThEm HaS mAtChMaKiNg FoR eVeRyThInG" crowd are missing - even without touching the harder difficulties, I can see how massively important team synergy is likely to be at the high tier endgame. Matchmaking into pinnacle activities has a strong possibility of being horrible, and if my suspicions are correct then a lot of people will be in for a rude awakening - the smarter amongst them will open their eyes, the morons will screech about how terrible Anthem is and scurry back to their comfort zones.

I thought i heard they scale difficulty based on squad size, similar to Broderlands.. Am i mistaken?
