How to Nerf Luna/NF and balance handcannons

First of I’ll start by saying I have both Luna and NF unlike 99% of the people here crying about it. Also I’m better than 99% of the people crying here. So I don’t wanna hear “don’t nerf”... shut up... First of Luna/NF are strong... AF... which is fine. A pinnacle weapon should be good and meta. It just shouldn’t be the [b]ONLY[/b] meta. So stuff has to be brought in line. How to nerf it? Simple. Make Magnificent Howl only provide bonus precision damage. That way 3 taps actually require some aiming. Not 2 heads and a toe shot. Will this be enough? Yes, only if other handcannons gain some more power. Buffing the other archetypes is necessary regardless. They are all too weak right now and inconsistent. How should they be buffed? 110 RPM. Increased outgoing flinch. Increase base range. Allow 3 body shot kills. 140 RPM. Increased damage. Allow 2 crit one body kills on all guardians no matter the resistance. 150 RPM. Increased damage. Increased stability slightly. Allow 2 crit one body on low resistance guardians. 180 RPM. Increase recoil for all 180s slightly. Reduce flinch 180s cause. These changes paired with the nerf will still allow Luna/NF to be meta while bringing in line all the other handcannons in game. Allowing guns like DFA, and Dire Promise back into the Meta. Anyone wanna debate this? Edit: All of these changes would be meant as an addition to the already incoming buffs coming. Handcannons weren’t addressed and I feel this is what should be done with them. Edit: Ignore the 180 change. The more I look back on it the dumber it sounds...
