It’s impossible to obtain the Sturm
One of the quest objectives is to decrypt exotic engrams which I just did however since exotics automatically decrypt it didnt count for the quest step. This is complete bullshit and needs to be -blam!-ing fixed

Keep your inventory full - exotics will go to post master. Use Destiny Item Manager to pull items from postmaster without losing them until you see an exotic engram. Go collect engram. Get a catalyst to drop.
