I used to love playing Crucible, if not just to finish up the weeklies and dailies. Now it's pretty much unplayable. Even the "casual" or quickplay matches are just filled to the brim with meta abusers. Broken armor pieces, broken subclasses, broken weapons. Everything from Nova warp, to One-Eyed Mask. There are so many items that are encountered in Crucible that just makes me hate playing it. Even the 5 weekly matches are a grind. Dont get me started with the Competitive matchmaking. Really, a little bit of balancing would go a long way. I'm hating these two-shot headshot fast firing handguns, and team obliterating supers. Crucible isn't fun at all.
TL;DR
Crucible is full of meta abusers and it isn't fun. Balance the meta items.

Bungie deleted my post yet again, it followed every forum rule stil gets delete yay...

What time do you log on That really does matter. There are definitely toxic players late. I played a 3 stack with Luna nf, and got a ghost in the night and a we ran on them. The next match ever time they killed me they teabagged me. We won. Again. They rage quit.

6 RespuestasIt brings out the worst behavior of a group of people that are inherently immature and have little else to "show" for their life to begin with. So yeah...toxic.
-
1 RespuestaLiterally the only people who defend nu-crucible and Luna’s/not forgotten are CoD babs who have no interest in playing as a team or winning as long as they feel better than an anonymous person who is also sitting at home on a video game in a different part of the world. 4 man teamshot crucible was the best it had been in a while and now it’s just trash

3 RespuestasHopefully Bungie will balance Crucible in D3. Its hopeless in D2 imo. Heres my idea how to balance Crucible: Roll out a list of Crucible default weapons. All of this weapons is not from our vault or our equipped weapons. Its prepared only for Crucible. These weapons can be used in Crucible without having to loot them, so all players can access the same weaponry. Gradually Bungie will add new weapon wether its Legendary or Exotics to the weapons list to add more gameplay experiences This is an example: Lets say Cerberus+1 are in the list of Crucible weapons. All players can use it in Crucible without having to loot it from PvE environment, but when you quit Crucible and didnt have Cerberus in your Collection/Vault then you cant use it for PvE until you get the Cerberus as exotic drop/quest. When everyone has same access of weaponry then its just a matter of skill to win the game. This is balance imo

Thats your opinion on it .

It’s because of the environment year a put us in and nobody wants to give it up. Be a pu55y and hold hands/team shoot. People say team shooting is gone but it’s still very hard to get in a 1v1 and if you are in one, it’s just a shotgun battle. Streamers always getting lucky and not getting into lobbies that are filled with team shooters.

2 RespuestasEditado por Lost Sols: 12/28/2018 4:21:13 PMBecause the high level PvP players convinced the community skill based matchmaking was bad for them. Triplewreck started the anti-sbmm movement in D1 because he didn't like having to play people his own skill. He also led the charge to keep it out of Forsaken. Fun fact. He won almost 11,500 out of 13,545 D1 games with SBMM. That's 79% wins. He also won 1908 and only lost 618 games in D2 Y1 with sbmm enabled. That's 76% wins. Since sbmm has been removed, he was 988 wins and 185 losses through last week. That's 84% wins. His kd through 13545 D1 games? 2.45 His kd in D2? 2.69 and I went back and over a 72 game span he was at 4.42 TrueVanguard put out a tweet the other day that he had two 55 kill games and was thinking of posting the videos. Both he and Triplewreck are over 2300 Master Elo players. His opponents in those 2 games were all bronze, silver and gold. That's why they don't want SBMM. They want their stats and views at your expense. Through 72 games Triplewreck played 3 players his own skill. 90% were bronze, silver or gold. He's playing at his skill in .07% of his games. Meanwhile we have Platinum, Diamond and Master tier opponents in 1 out of every 2.5 games we play. That's why every game is nothing but Luna's and Not Forgotten, and one or two players wiping the floor with everyone. This Iron Banner where skill is enabled, I've played a total of 4 Platinum opponents through 66 games and no Diamond or Master. The player vs player matchups have been the best I've ever seen in Destiny and I've died to a Luna's exactly once. Haven't seen any Not Forgotten. So yeah, I hope Bungie sees your post and I hope more people start complaining about the matchmaking and stop buying the streamer bullshit that no sbmm is somehow good for anyone but the top 10%

I’ll agree with you to the extent that nearly every match is decisive win/loss. Just feels stale and boring matching far above and below personal skill.
-
I have to agree with you. The matchmaking in comp. is terrible. I'm not awful at the game but im not a god either. But i just recently lost 13 games in a row, not counting the wins where the other team all backed out. 13 games in a row where i actually played people, i lost. These people were way above my skill level and should have never been matched up against me in the first place. I don't understand how i keep matching against people that are just slapping me. How on earth is that fun? I was at Heroic II and now i'm all the way back down to Brave III. Fix the goddamn matchmaking. Maybe i'm just unlucky but that is a hell of a lot bad luck to lose 13 in a row.

1 RespuestaLuna's howl + dusk rock blues Not FORGOTTEN + dusk rock blues EVERY GOD DAMN MATCH!

Crucible should have a load-out mode like Prestige EOW or Spire had. Everyone plays with a set load-out and it rotates each day on reset. People who choose to do set load-out playlist get double valor or glory points. Incentive to try new things and most importantly, HAVE FUN. It's also good for the people who want a challenge and can play well with any weapon in Crucible, not just the meta. Just a thought.
-
My first game of comp this season, I matched a 4 stack with someone at 5500 glory. I literally had 0 glory and it decided to match me with them.

Editado por John: 12/28/2018 1:13:20 AMThe amount of people complaining about D2 in general is alarming, when PVP is the theme of the conversation it gets worse and sadly with good reason. @Bungie how can you not see what is going on????
-
1 RespuestaEditado por Br00tte: 12/27/2018 6:53:13 PMI think the matchmaking systems are completely broken. We need more fair play.

To me this is the most fun crucible has ever been. I don’t really see too much of any particular weapon. Before it was graviton lance but I don’t see one weapon being used more than everything else.

3 RespuestasEditado por WhiteMidnight666: 12/28/2018 1:14:03 AMLegit don't know what happened but I was playing iron banner and was getting 2 tapped to the chest by malfeasance against enemies within 10 LL of me.

Crucible is fun
-
I played Iron Banner today, it is a mess, Crucible hasn't been fun for me since D1. Stacked teams constantly against randoms gets old very fast and all the OP weapons and classes only attainable to the hardcore players really makes it worse. I am not surpised the player base is tanking, its the same for Gambit, stacked teams against randoms and op builds .. I didn't buy the season pass and glad I didn't . If I want to grind something not fun I will do my day job. I used to come to Destiny for fun, but there is very little of that in the game anymore. Bungie used to care, not really since the Halo days now I think. I probably won't even pickup the game anymore after the holidays. 50 Dollars Canadian is ridiculous for the season pass, for an extra 25 I pre ordered Anthem. Peace out. This probably my only post here and my last

1 RespuestaOnly way to make changes is simply stop playing crucible. No feedback just simply stop picking up crucible bounties, stop doing clan bounties and stop playing. I still get 5000 Co for clan with out playing crucible. At the moment that cesspit has the highest daily log ins since the launch of destiny 2. The only way to force bungie hand to do there jobs is simply stop playing and make them do there jobs again.

3 RespuestasI’m burnt out after one day. I just need valor resets for redrix claymore and all day I’ve been busting my ass to try to win games, sometimes getting 45 kills and still losing. This match making sucks dick.
-
Matchmaking tends to put the high vs lower skilled players together. Gets old really quick.
-
Eh it's still fun. Here is what some people need to do, have fun. That's it. I'm tired of all this talk of "git gud" and so forth. It's a game to be played for fun. Doesn't mean you can't be competitive or that there is anything wrong with it. Just get used to people using meta and try to relax and okay for fun or use it yourself. Enjoyability doesn't always have to equal victory in PvP.
-
3 Respuestastoo many people equate fun with winning. you want fun? load up a titan with a tractor cannon and go enjoy yourself. i have never laughed so much in my life.
-
I am starting to have less and less fun. The game has turned into everyone apeing with a shotty. Nova warping round the map 2x, panic blade barraging, or qwisin vest spectral for 5 mins. Titans spamming one eyed mask while apeing is just as annoying. Hence SHOTTY again. The wavesplitter killing you before you can even ads. Lag, lag, lag. O yea and lots of LAG. Out of region players are getting out of hand. Every game I see someone with Spanish (Latin America) in their profile they are lagging around with a shotty not dying and are god dang invincible. That only starts the issues I haven't even got to comp with lag switchers and players dossing players. Dossing is a federal crime and Bungie does nothing about it.
