So, OAFL is coming back, if you don’t know what that is here’s the history on March 19th a user named RunnrGunnr created a post where he’d give People an animal that he could see them as. A week later he made a post proposing a Roman style one on one battle based on these animals. It become popular pretty quickly(I ended losing the first battle to Researcher) and Cell and I were brought in as secondary writers, the thing died off over the summer but I enjoyed it. But what I need from y’all is to put your outer animal(if you don’t have one I’ll give you one)your loadout(no fire arms) and then if you want a fight you can challenge someone and all put it in that section. As I said earlier this is going to be on a slow slow schedule. Like once every 2 weeks that will increase if I can get some co-writers Feel free to suggest arenas too Challenges! [spoiler][/spoiler] Scheduled posts [spoiler][/spoiler] Arenas [spoiler] Oasis- a platform of old ruins of brick in the desert, surrounded by palm trees, and water trickles down the cracked architecture Caverns- large caverns with stalagmites and stalactites, torches line the walls, water drips from above, and cliff edges lead to endless darkness Atlantis- Just as in the title, an underwater palace, surrounded by a sphere of breathable air. Golden and Royal looking, yet aged and strewn with vines and seaweed Waterfall of Kings- to some of you this may sound familiar.. a ledge of a cliff on waterfalls edge. Fighters battled in this sacred pool of water for ages for the right of King Misty Mountains- Fighters battle it out on the high black rock, patches of snow, and thick fog and mist surround them. Sometimes the sun sets on the horizon barely visible through the fog, giving the place a bright glow Hildr Strönd- the words literally translated in old Nordic language meaning "battle" and "beach". The waves crash on the shore as you fight it out Viking style on the sand surrounded by banners blowing in the wind, boats in the harbor, and green hills and mountains in the distance. Zeus’s Battlegrounds- "Fountains line the outside of this glorious Greek temple. Inside the temple, there are columns lined with sparking diamonds, and statues of gods and goddesses surrounding the room. A giant chandelier hangs on the center of the roof, and just below it, a gravestone made of pure diamond and gold, with a statue of a lightning bolt. On the gravestone the name “God” (the person) is etched, and the words [b]A Kindred Soul, Laid To Rest, Missed By All, Who Knew Him Best[/b] are engraved. As he match grows longer, the clouds above the temple grow darker and darker, and rain starts to pour down (keep in mind that there is no roof). Eventually, lightning will strike down, and the longer the match, the more frequent the strikes. Once a victor is decided, the storm dies down, and a laurel wreath comes floating down from the sky, and the victor claims it." [b]Anywhere arena-[/b] Randomly chosen from locations around the world, from movies, games and/or somewhere in the universe. [Will not contain one of those listed above] **[Special event Arena]** Interstellar Cell- A prison in space, thats just been broken out of. Zero gravity fighting, explosions, space ships, all between the stars of space. The fighters leave their prison cells and have war. The victor gets to claim one these unexplored planets around them as their own. [Option of free for all] **[Special event arena]** Any Weapons Battle "this is gonna be a short fight" a standoff at a tropical island shore, surrounded by many smaller islands. Its said they used to test new weapon ideas here in the old ages.. lets fight with them. **[Special event arena]** A Strangers Walk- abandon post apocalyptic city, overgrown with vines, and strewn with ruins and empty cars. no set enclosed fighting arena.
