One-Eyed mask isn't OP, the meta just limits our options

Before I start, I believe they should remove the extra damage perk on One-Eyed Mask. It's incredibly insignificant and seems like something they just tacked on. People have been calling for a One-Eyed Mask nerf before the DLC even dropped. I'm honestly sick of getting hatemail from people in my games just for using something effective. I mostly see the hatemail coming from hunters, who are so blinded by the promise of infinite blade barrage that they forget that Wormhusk exists. Warlocks are even worse. Since nova warp is so incredibly overpowered in its ability game, they fail to see the benefits of well of radiance. Wormhusk and Well's healing grenades both fill the same function as One-Eyed Mask. The reason One-Eyed Mask seems so much more powerful by comparison is because there's more risk in the playstyle associated with it. Getting the overshield and the health restoration requires you to kill an opponent (not just any opponent, a specific opponent who is most likely buried behind 3 other opponents.) Wormhusk and Well nades are weaker by design. All they require is an ability to be activated. It's an engagement reset on demand. The only reason you don't see more Well Warlocks or Wormhusk Hunters is because they have better options. One-Eyed Mask is a Titans best option in terms of exotic armor in PvP. If you're going to get mad at people for using the meta, then try playing without it. (I'm looking at you Blade Barrage Hunter using shards and Dust Rock who knows nothing but W+M1)
