Don’t worry. Soon PVP will die down (only playable in Mayhem or Iron Banner) Destiny is on the collision course with Anthem so they will be forced to improve their game on PVE level and this PVP will die slow death. Trials are not showing up so it just tells you that PVP is not their priority. Finally!!!!

Anthem is on a collision course with itself. The choice of bioware (single player story based gameplay) to make anthem (Mmo like rpg where Bioware’s said “feels good to put gameplay over story”) isn’t exactly reinforcing news. Then, it’s EA. Fun fact, did you know the division said they weren’t going to have lootboxes?

Youtube for life! 👍😂 There is much goodness on it. I can watch a video and actually agree with its point of view. I can only hope Trials are NOT coming back but PVP faction is strong at Bungie so yeah, no worries, it is most likely coming back.

I don’t think another game will ever “destroy” another game. I do think other games can be just as fun to play though. I for one actually do like the division and I’m looking for Division 2 to come out. Will I still play Destiny, sure but I’ll definitely be taken a break from it like I’ve done before to play other games. Destiny only holds my attention with the gun play and shooting shit in the face....to me there isn’t anything overly special about any one aspect of it though....its fun but isn’t a great game. I like chasing stuff and shooting shit....probably why I like the division as well.

Agree, and to me division became a very good game with a lot to do. Appreciated the efforts the developer did with free improvements. Their communication was vastly superior to bungies as well.

I have no doubt! All I am saying that Destiny has a real competitor now who offers full scale PVE experience. Destiny would be foolish not to pay attention. I love Destiny and want it to compete wirh Anthem with high quality PVE experience. Trials not showing makes me believe that Bungie takes Anthem seriously. We are in for some super quality content down the line! It is time for PVE to shine!

Just because anthem has a super fantasy to it doesn’t mean it can be comparable to destiny they are two totally different games that’s like comparing monster hunter with destiny [spoiler]idiot. [/spoiler]

What are talking about? Anthem is direct threat to Destiny. I played Monster so I know somerhing about it. It is a SF shooter with group mechanics, strikes, missions and classes. Bungie would be dumb not to take Anthem seriously, but they are and that’s why Trials are done. You won’t see them because Trials single handedly destoyed PVE in D1. They can’t afford to show us weak where in Anthem you can be super powerful. I love Destiny and want it to move away from PVP.

Yes, I am. And for it to come from a guy who lives and breathes Destiny speaks volume. This next DLC was supposed to be about Trials, and yet you hear crickets. Trials are not egen on the map for Destiny. I think he is right. They are not coming back ar all because they would impact PVE like they did in D1. Anthem is the result of Bungie’s thinking and I think Destiny will be so much better as a result. From PVP streamer that speaks volume. And before you attack for being influenced, I can agree with someone’s point of view. It does not make me a sheep.

We should offer something different then our comepetitors if anthem doesn’t have a pvp aspect shouldn’t we better pronounce ours instead of trying to mimic our competition

I agree! I would keep PVP as it is obviously loved by you and many. But something has to be done with these nerfs because they impact the huge majority of the players. I hope Bungie finds it so that both you and I are happy. One thing is clear! We both love Destiny! I really don’t want to go to Anthem. I only played a handful od games since Destiny came out. I live it so much that I feel I miss something if I do not play it...hahahah. Let’s bot fins, friend. Deep inside i want to like PVP...hehehe

Effing nerfs thanks to the whiny PVP players. I have not received all my exotics and yet, Sleeper nerfed, next thing will be Queenbreaker because the hit box is too big...in D1 have of the stuff was nerfed. Queenbreaker is fine but will be wiped out because people want to play PVP. It is guge threat. After Queenbreaker, we are going to nerf something else. Let’s fight with sticks! PVE suffers and people that the powerful feeling in Anthem, they will leave...isn’t that an existential threat to Destiny?

The reason sleeper was nerfed and possibly queen breakers bow was because of gambit not trials and the reason ikelos was nerfed was bc of pve not trials

Gambit is an extension of PVP, the same people from PVP complaint that they could not „invade” without getting whacked by Sleeper. I died to it and took it like a man. All the streamers PVP screamed bloody murder about it. Queenbreaker will be needed due to PVP clout not PVE.
