I reset my Valor rank 5 times in season 4, and have multiple emblems to show it and got to step 8 finally yesterday but it said that I had completed 0/5 ranks. Apparently the reset quest step is retroactive but it has not worked. I have tried going to the tower and back again, I have tried to close and open the app but nothing has worked. I'm not very good at crucible so have put at least 60hrs or more into farming crucible in season 4. is there any help you can give?
