I just started Destiny 2 when it became free for a little while and I bought the Digital Deluxe edition just after that. I've been trying to get the Sleeper Simulant but every time i go to start collecting resonate stems they never drop from anything. I have the ikelos hand cannon equipped and still nothing. I've tried everything I could find. If there is a way to get around this the help would be much appreciated.
