Recently I've noticed that as I play the game for longer in a single session the FPS will dip more and more (likely a memory leak). I've tried quite a few things to fix this yet can't find the issue yet. Is this happening for anyone else and does anyone know a fix to it?
System is an i5 8600k @ 5GHz, 1080, and 16GB of DDR4 at 2400mhz. 1080p.

Same here I started noticing this as well, really fcuking annoying, especially during a raid. I have been searching a way to fix this too, even updating my GPU drivers don't yield better results, fcuk sakes bungie.

I've been having this issue as well. At first, I thought it was just "game lag", but it would start happening a lot more frequently (i.e. when enemies spawn or there's a lot of projectiles flying everywhere). It would eventually disappear after a while and then come back but worse than before. I thought it might have been because I left my computer running while I went AFK since this would usually happen when I get back. Restarting it is the only thing that fixes it for me.

1 RespuestaEditado por Mythoclast: 11/28/2018 6:26:26 PMI haven't noticed this, even with much weaker computers at higherer resolution. 2017 Razer Blade I7-7700HQ/16GB RAM/1060 and my PC is an I7-7700K/16GB/GTX1060 6GB. You could try repair installing the game, that might do something. You could also try setting the destiny process to high priority in windows, might do something. If it was a memory leak it would be pretty trivial to detect. One thing I have noticed that actually murders the framerate is the depth of field max setting, like it just murders your framerate. It doesn't matter how low you set the other settings with that set to max, it will just tank your FPS.

1 RespuestaThis has been a known issue for a while, I’m assuming you mean in patrol zones? Only workaround currently is to go to orbit and come back.

How high is your fps when it spikes?
