I have always had this critisism of Destiny. The focus on the PvP is annoying since not every person likes PvP and so it locks certian people out of some items until Xur comes around with the item. This is made worse when you get Exotic quests from PvE that force a PvP requirement. The purest example of sadistic requirements is the Cayde's Will quest, I would be more okay with it if it were just kills but precision kills is just sadistic. Not only do you get this quest from PvE but it also asks a lot of the player, Especially in the unbalanced nature of matchmaking, hardly is matchmaking kept to actual skill level. I am not against doing PvP for requirements but there is a point where requirements are beyond sadistic, I am known to be masochistic when it comes to gaming but even I have limits of bullshit. I can enjoy some Crucible but not when I am trying to do something that oftem times proves to be too difficult to do.
