That makes literally no sense. You're the one deciding who you add to the group. Just post "New to raid, looking for 5" and bam you'll get people. It's really not hard.

the fact your getting downvoted by people is really telling towards the Entitled Attitude of alot of these people. they see that goes against their "ME ME. I Must Be Carried Because Im Special and entitled to your playtime" and have to down vote common sense posts like yours.
