You know what bungie should do? They should add incentives to guided games. Maybe guarantee an exotic drop or something for people who are willing to do a guided raid.
Bungie could be doing more to get people in the raids.

My clan had 4 for our raid yesterday. We were like "oh well let's just carry 2 in guided games, why not?" So we queued. 30 minutes later, nobody found still. Go to LFG and find 2 in 30 seconds. Guided games is just as bad for guides because nobody is there lol.

My clan has had a pretty good experience with guided games tbh, done it a few times so far to fill for missing members and every time so far we have found someone within 5 minutes.

Raids or nightfalls? Nightfalls we don't have issues with but never can find raid people.

Yeah nobody uses it because it takes way too long to ever find anyone assuming anyone even queues. It's never worked for me.
