Since the quest steps don’t reset, just the rank, everyone and their mother will have a Luna’s by the end of Joker’s Wild. With everyone using Luna’s howl, I predict other energy weapons will be greatly overshadowed, thus prompting a nerf for Luna, or a buff for every other energy weapon in the game (if we’re lucky).
