If Acosta's light push on someone's arm is assault then so is trying to snatch a mic out of his hand while he's exercising his right to ask the President his question. In fact it shouldn't even be legal for the President to tell him to stop asking his question if its his turn, that would be preventing communication with the government. And if the supreme court found Trump blocking people on Twitter to be unconstitutional than it should be unconstitutional to tell them to stop and sit down.
