I play if and when needed, and obviously that kind of change will directly effect pve game play. It isn't anywhere near as strong as any of the other power weapons so moving it back there will render it useless.

Who said anything about a nerf in pve? If anything buff everything in pve who cares, u shouldn’t be able to map someone with 3 bolts from a fusion, no skill gap
