Why are these Warlocks denying Nova Warp being OP?

7 RespuestasBecause it isn't. Being a Warlock is built around the trade off of giving up being agile or durable....in exchange for powerful abilities. Those abilities are necessary to keep Warlocks competitive in PVP....and playable in PVE. If you can't handled dying to space-magic, go play something else.

Just run away from it. If they catch you then they just know how to get around the map better. If you can’t run, then try to weaken it so your team can finish him off (or at least try since they can still heal themselves).

Blade barrage pisses me off more than nova warp tbh. Warp has gotten boring to use and I feel that you can barely react to barrage unless you always assume a Hunter has it.

It's not. I main a hunter (not trying to make warlocks op) but i want everyone to have decent supers. No more nerfs. Get everything up and running, stop pushing shit into the dirt.

2 RespuestasI main a hunter and TBH I’m really not that bothered about Nova Warp, no more than any other super. Yes it kills a lot easily, yes you’re nearly un-killable when you’re using it and yes it lasts for a long time but it’s a super and it’s meant to feel special, if I’m honest a lot of the other supers just don’t. I run with Blade Barrage (the other super everyone wants nerfing) and unlike a lot of hunters I don’t just pop it as soon as it’s charged and I see a target, I save it until I see a number of targets or I use it to counter supers like Nova Warp. If you’re sensible and aware of what’s going on Nova Warp isn’t that hard to avoid (unless they pop it really near to you) and no more difficult to gun down than most other supers. As for in PVE I love seeing an ally with Nova Warp, it’s the king I’d add control so that’s something I don’t need to worry about, if it gets a nerf for PVP then it’ll be nerfed in PVE which in my eyes would be bad. I really wish die hard PVPers weren’t the driving force behind nerfs, over the years so many things have been nerfed for PVP and as a result destroyed in PVE.
