Not only that, but firing in the air is terrible. When I jump and fire it literally waits a second before the rocket fires.

This pisses me off more than the terrible tracking.

Yep...That's PVP Balance Idiocracy. They take fun out from the game. First they make only 1 rocket per mag. Second they screw you up when you jump. They take away proximity perk. They nerf the tracking rocket. The only way to save Destiny game is separate PVP Competitive from PVE. Competitive PVP will have their own character/class. Have equal weapons, armors etc.

Editado por Talia Sendua: 11/2/2018 7:44:53 PMBecause rockets are crutch weapons in pvp? What you want next? A nuke launcher to ruin the fun for the entire enemy team?
-
Rockets kind of needed the advantages they had to compete with other power weapons. Take them away and grenade launchers, already more popular, will just completely replace them.
-
At least you have to aim more with them.
-
Yeah, but they're also faster, get more ammo per brick, and have more ammo per clip. If rockets didn't have things like tracking and cluster bomb they'd be totally worthless.
-
I get from an ammo brick with 1 bullet remaining 2 rockets because of my rocket raider perk...
-
DOOODDD..... 1. It's ruin my fun in PVE 2. Just because you think any weapon that you don't like use or any weapon that kill you...you call it crutch weapon...right? How about this: I like to kill people in PVP/PVE using melee. Any other weapons I will call them crutch weapons. Gun is easy lazy kill...just shoot from far no skill at all...Will you agree with me? 3. In PVP...If some one have fun to kill other player..Other player will get their fun ruined...! If you don't like to get killed by other player...Don't play PVP. Play PVE with your crutch weapons.. 4. That's why PVP need their own class, weapons, armors. So crutch PVP player can be balanced without ruining PVE. Some crutch player thinking "Gunskill" in video game is areal skill that the proud of it.

I mean. That’s kinda what Handling is for on Rockets.
-
I absolutely hate this!! I takes away how I always used rocket launchers before.
-
This, horrible mechanic.
-
It's crazy. I jump, pull the trigger mid jump(at the peak) and it doesn't fire until I ALMOST HIT THE GROUND! WTF!?
-
Yeah, when jumping you have to hit RT once to ready the rocket (and cancel your jump) and then hit it again to fire. IDK who the -blam!- decided this was a good mechanic, but I can GUARANTEE you it was in an attempt to balance RL strength in the crucible, which of course hurts it's viabaility everywhere else.
