I’m in favour of this.
I’m definitely an above average PvP player, but no matter how you slice it, matchmaking will screw you over. On a streak? 4 stack. Playing solo? Here’s 3 potatoes and a 4 stack.
I’ve been stuck at 1900 for about a week. No amount of being a good player makes up for a bad team, you can’t solo carry 3 randos against a 4 stack unless the other team is especially bad.

I went from 1100 to 2200 yesterday almost completely as a solo player. I'm no pvp God but it takes practice being a good teammate. Weather that be to blueberries or friends. So many solo players want to play competitive like its quickplay and they are completely different games and stragities. Not talking just game modes but how you play the game. I see too many people not being teammates but rather playing like its quick play and I'm guessing that why so many people are having issues.

Nothing like getting potatoes when you are going up against a four stack who already have luna's and/or not forgotten. I'm so glad I made it through the minefield to fabled. Now all i have left to do is screw people on my team over by only caring about hand cannon final blows.

If you made it to 1900 you can make 2100. 1800+ is where you start seeing a lot more decent players on the enemy team AND your team. Yeah of course you will still get bad teamates sometimes or maybe you will even have a bad game. Just stick with it and if you get frustrated or lose a couple in a row take a break for a few hours or the rest of the day and get back in there. There's no rush to it and hopefully you are actually enjoying playing comp if you are putting this much time into it.

I'd love to get out of brave but it doesn't matter how well I play 2-3 kd nah your fine take some 0.2kds, I love matching against people with not forgotten in brave.

Got it done last night, ended on a 7 streak with two friends. I think I maybe enjoyed 20% of the comp games I played. Every Countdown game was straight cancer, survival slightly less so, clash and control were fun.

I solo queued 90% of the 2100 glory. The best tip I can give, if you go on a losing streak, take a break and try in 5-10 mins. You're less likely to get put with the same people and it helps clear your head. I grinded an all nighter to go from 1600 to 2100. And it was mostly lucky streaks until I got to 2k. It was win a game Lose a game. Over and over. Just gotta take a break and hop back to it

What makes you think youre above average? If you truly were you'd have the gun no problem the real issue is youre probably an average player who just wants handouts

Not gonna lie, I thought his k/d would be way higher based on the way he worded his post. I mean it goes to show that you don’t have to be a god to get Luna but it also goes to show you that people like to overestimate themselves as well as the competition.

If you primarily solo queue and your KD is positive I’d say you’re a competent player. For someone who plays with a 4 stack 95-100% in competitive I’d expect them to have at least a 1.8 KDA, but more like 2.0+. Communication and having someone to back you up and swap with while taking damage goes a long long long long way in Competitive. You kill more, assist more and die less on a dedicated team, regardless of your skill. You also have to play less games to reach the same rank which helps with stat averaging.

Like im no god if anything id say im about average myself. Luna isnt some impossible weapon to get its just theres a bunch of kids on here with over inflated egos who think that theyre gods and every loss is their team mates fault.

I mean he's not wrong. If you were good enough then you'd have it already. And if you're unlucky then you should just keep playing until you aren't. I'd rather have people keep playing rather than making this gun a handout for bad players.

You get 60 glory at reset each week so long as you play 3 games... Get to at least 2040 and wait til Tuesday. It’s not that hard. I had a nightmare doing it solo, but eventually got the streak to get me over. You can too.

what? They give you 60 at reset? Never knew that. I'm probably a week from luna....maybe. If I get put on the lower skilled team I'm screwed. It's just a matter of luck of the draw.

Editado por Dr Livingston 9: 10/28/2018 8:01:30 PMyou do make a good point the gun should be hard to get but no matter how good you are you cant carry a whole team. im not saying im better then average but i feel with the matchmaking 70 percent of the time or at least 60 the other team is better then my team. sometimes it feels like 80 percent of the time the other team is better then my team. some say its harder having a fireteam because they put you against tougher players but I find this hard to believe. i can see much better players then me can get screwed with the matchmaking you cant carry team after team.
