Coming from a ROSE clan member. This is the most active/ helpful clan I've been a part of in d2. Yes, the clan forces you to be active to be part of the clan. Due to such rules, Ive found that any time I'm logged in (most exclusively during non peak times M-F in am/noonish) I've been able to group up with others. Highly recommended.
