Got banned without any reason and information
Hi Bungie-Team.
Today i was logging into my D2-Account, cause i would like to play my favorite game.
A couple times later, i became a banned message like this

Also I´ve read your ToS/ EULA and I´m really confused cause i don´t use any 3rd party programms or other stuff like this that would entitle a ban.
I know where is no reason to discuss a ban but without any reason it´s such like kicking in ur nuts
cause i spend more than 1500+ hours in my actually favorite game. And to feel to loose all of my progress and the spended money (180 €) makes me really sad.
So i still hope you investigate my ban cause actually I´m not the only person that got banned without any reason.

5 RespuestasEditado por Dinkleberg: 10/20/2018 7:21:00 PMalmost my whole clan got banned, we did nothing wrong, that bust be a wrong automatic bann or something like that i mean in terms of eververse or what ever i spent like 500€ and the only thing i did was playing on a friend computer, which is nothing wrong. i logged out of battlenet so he cant get on my account, he got banned too though, which is wiered, i mean i bought the game and i am not allowed to play it on a friends computer or what?
