Not many people might agree with me, but I actually REALLY like the solstice armor, the arc glows on the solstice warlock armor just looks amazing in my opinion. Not to mention I spent hours trying to get the armor to legendary and masterwork (didn’t get all of them masterworked sadly), and the fact that Bungie just made the armor worthless after Year 2 is a bit upsetting, I love what they’ve been doing with Year 2 so far, but Bungie seriously? Upvote if you agree, I’d like to hear your opinions.

I didn't even play for this but I know that feeling. Definitely you deserve that

This. After the work we put in, it's a kick in the face to find out that we have to leave it all behind... again. GG, bungie.

2 RespuestasQuestion for you: How would this even work? It doesn't drop as a reward so how exactly could you make it random rolled? If you could just keep recollecting it from the collections for different rolls, I don't think anybody would be wearing something other than that.

4 RespuestasAll armor should have random rolls and they need to stop using mobility so much as if its something special.

All the armor should have random rolls. Im pissed that I can't run my Trials armor without being at a disadvantage

Editado por OldboyVicious: 10/21/2018 4:05:44 AMI think all the armor on the game should have random rolls, updated for the new system. I'd go even further to state that the system could be made to he more advanced and customizable. Like having the armor drop independent of the perks. The intrinsic values could remain the same, such as mobile, resilient, and survivalist armor types. Then when armor drops, two random perks and one empty slot drop on the armor. The empty slot takes a reworking mod. When the reworking mod gets fully upgraded, the two perks that the armor dropped with can then be replaced with new perks. When you delete a piece of armor, you get a fraction of the perks it had. So for example, if one armor drop had heavy ammo finder perk you delete it, you get a heavy ammo finder component. After you have enough of them, you can create a heavy ammo finder perk. You can then place that mod in one of the armor slots. Once the two armor slots have been filled with custom perks, the third rework slot opens up for the third perk. Once you apply the third perk, that locks in the perks, and that armor's perks can no longer be changed out or modified. When you have perk components for perks you don't want, you can turn them in to banshee and in return get the reworking mods. I just kinda rambled this out off the top of my head, but I think it would be cool to be able to customize this way and get an armor set that's perfect for you. It could turn into a huge grind, so the economy and drop rates would have to be set so that it was fair for the time investment. In lieu of a direct customization system like that one, you could also just have something similar to glass needles, so that we could reroll the perks and keep re rolling until we get something we are happy with. But either way, these two systems would allow for any armor piece to be regained from collections, because you could say that anything gained from collections is gained as a "blank" with no perks. So you play, save up materials, get the perks and mods you want, pull the blank armor piece that you want from collections, and then add the perks and mods you want. That armor piece is how locked with those perks and mods, with the ones you picked and worked for.

Editado por Schrödinger’s Guardian: 10/21/2018 10:31:50 AMOr just add an outfit system like in ESO. Or a transmog system like in WoW. My favourite is the Gensym Knight hunter armor set with monochrome shaders.

They cant really add random rolls to the solstice armor because the armor is no longer obtainable. It was only avaiable during the Solstice.. and anything with random rolls you cant pull from collections. So it would be a little pointless to add random rolls to an armor set you can no longer get. Perhaps they could add set perks to the set instead? I do like the armor, and would be nice if they had some perks on it.

If its armor you love use it I think having no rolls is fine I agree it looks great with glow . I say just use it

2 RespuestasDo we have to? Getting kinda burnt out on all the rng
-
3 RespuestasI agree

The glowing was bad ass. I really liked the Hunter and warlock armor.

All Y1 gear needs to be given static perks to make it relevant versus Y2 gear. Random rolls would be nice but having us just suck it up and deal with set perks to greatly up our variety of viable gear.

Editado por W33DEDPLAGUE: 10/21/2018 1:59:45 AM...or maybe add the glow or some other kind of alternate decorations to all the new armor sets as another thing to grind for once we have done everything else...that would make more sense to the longevity of the game...I think bungie underestimates the power of small grinds like this adding to the love of staying with the game for many players

Editado por Dami: 10/21/2018 1:49:01 AMThis urks me as well considering all y2 gear looks awful. I guess I can understand why they'd want to leave the armor in the past, but they should at least allow solstice gear to be relevant. The set of armor that commemorates the mess that was y1 destiny 2 No bias, I skipped the event.

1 RespuestaYear 1 should stay year 1. Move on.

No they told you it was not getting updated
