For the third week in a row now I have wasted my legendary shards on Xurs special engram wich is supposed to give me an exotic I don't already have and it simply does not work...I am far from having all exotics unblocked and Im sick and tired of this bullshit. I want a refund on thoses shards for the past 3 weeks. Shards are more than ever a premium currency and I should be getting what I pay for. I want my shards or 3 exotics I don't have...after all I paid for them.

It is said nowhere in text on that engram that it applies to Y1 only...It should be made clear that it gives Y1 exotics only and its far from clear

Bungie has said at least 2-3 times (in patch notes, weekly updates, twitter, etc) that Xur will not give out Forsaken exotics. It’s all on you to read up on things. No refunds. But at least now you know v

You are correct on that point. Even though Bungie has said it in their notes, I'm sure plenty of Destiny players don't read the notes. However, after getting a dupe on the first week... Why did you try again a week later and one more time after that before posting about it? 97 Shards is a nice chunk to lose to try it twice again without questioning why.

It never even crossed my mind that the new exotics were not included...at the price he sells them they really should be...Xur is usually the high point of a week where I can get a new exotic because my luck is otherwise pretty bad on exotics. Y1 exotics should come at a much lower shard cost because most people who played previous expansions have them all.
