Donald Trump:
“Sears has been dying for many years,” Trump told reporters as he departed the White House on Monday to inspect hurricane damage in Florida. “It’s been obviously improperly run for many years and it’s a shame.”
Also Trump:
Donald Trump has nominated Steven Mnuchin, a Goldman Sachs banker-turned-Hollywood movie financier with no government experience, as US Treasury secretary.
"Mnuchin is a world-class financier, banker and businessman” - Donald Trump
How they correlate:
Mnuchin was a member of Sears’s board of directors from 2005 until December 2016, and before that was a director for K-Mart, which was acquired by Sears in 2005.[5]
K-Mart, which went bankrupt.
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
End result:
from the AP:
The biggest single factor in the ballooning difference between spending and revenue: the loss of cash from corporate income taxes following the implementation of Trump's signature tax cut.
And
On the heels of a new Treasury Department report showing a 17 percent rise in the annual federal budget deficit, President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he was asking his Cabinet to propose major belt-tightening.
20 RespuestasWhat kind of president would start his re-election campaign the day after he is elected? What kind of president says he doesn't care if a sexual assault victim is telling the truth? What kind of president raw-dogs a pornstar while his newborn and wife are home? What kind of president allows Puerto Rico to be without sufficient aid, to the point of denying the casualties? What kind of president would allow Americans to drink low quality water, like in Flint? What kind of president would suggest taking guns away without due process?

If they want belt tightening, how about stop w the private planes and other luxury accommodations. Cabinet members in past administrations used commercial travel and hotels that offered government rates. Another belt tightening measure would be to limit trips by POTUS and his family to their own resorts. They regularly visit their own resorts at a cost of $6M-$7M per month.

2 RespuestasYou know what's entertaining? After all the talk from Republicans and Trump about the violent rhetoric of Democrats, Trump decides to compliment a guy for body-slamming a reporter, in essence supporting violence. Gotta love it. We can only hope that 2020 comes down to Trump vs Avenatti because that would be the most entertaining Presidential election ever.

8 RespuestasRepublicans only care about fiscal responsibility when Democrats are in power.

1 RespuestaTrump is borderline -blam!-, as are his supporters. But so is the use of “hurr durr”...
-
I mean, something that is also "Trump Logic" is running on a series of popular, moderate positions and then immediately betraying those positions to be a hard-Right president, and all of that seems like his biggest weakness. He should win 2020 anyway, but I feel like that would be the best case to make against him.

48 RespuestasDamn you been whining about Trump alot lately. Did he not wave back or sign a hat or something?

God I hope there is a red tsunami during mid terms and during the next presidential election. I just want to see the internet and media explode.

9 RespuestasThe Government been spending a trillion more dollars than it actually needs since 2008. Add in Obama's healthcare plan and interest on the debt and at what point is Trump responsible for it? To blame Trump for the debt is both naive and ignorant considering Obama doubled the debt in 8 years. He spent more than all the Presidents combined thats 43 total. Congress is ultimately responsible for all monies spent not the President, if he cut the trillion and reorganized Obamacare he would be chastized as not caring about ordinary people. We are responsible for this for not putting in a constitutional amendment to balance the budget and getting rid of the Federal Reserve which allows Congress to spend us into bankruptcy. Also if we went back to the gold standard, Congress would be limited on how much it spends only according to what we have in Gold reserves. People need to seriously educate themselves on this stuff before spouting off.

Donald Trump can't do all the budget cuts, he needs Congress to stop Medicaid
-
13 RespuestasCan we like lower taxes you know after lowering spending, not lowering taxes after raisin our already bloated military budget then blaming the rising deficit on democrats not wanting to cut social security and Medicare spending. Because who needs a social safety net when you give more money to Lockheed Martin for the ability to bomb Yemeni school children.

1 RespuestaI cant stand this SoB right now. My whole home was destroyed and all he had to say was, “Oh what a travesty hurr durr.” I am 100% sure what he said was taken off of a radio show and given to him to read.
