Serious Topic: If Bungie Were To Initiate Another Flood, Where Would We Go?
As I'm posting and learning about all of these amazing and wonderful people with their little gimmicks, backstories, and interests here in OffTopic, I thought about something. Ever since I made my first post here, people have stated that previous "cleansings" called the Flood have banned many users in OffTopic. To be honest, I'm scared to think what would happen to all of us if this were to happen again. Lets discuss some ideas in the comments as to where we should go. Please, this is a team effort, and I want each and everyone of you to contribute.

The "cleansings" were pretty much kicking people out if they didn't own Destiny 1 or 2. They're probably going to do the same when Destiny 3 or maybe even 4 comes out.

4 RespuestasWell, The Flood was the name of offtopic in Halo times. I wasn’t a bnet boi back then. Then came D1, and the first purge, which is the cleansing that you are referring to. Those who didn’t buy D1 couldn’t post anymore, so most Floodians got the big ban and moved to discord. Some still lurk in the shadows.... although very rarely. Then came the most recent and second purge, the D2 one. Again, same thing, if you didn’t play up to the Farm then you couldn’t post. This was the nail in the coffin.... eh, sorta. We are all that’s left, and if there is a new cleansing, well, that’s that. Nothing much we can do about it. Anyways, if you need a few discord servers with some old members I can hit you up with some. Darth and Hammer might be able to help you too.

14 RespuestasThe discord servers suck. mainly because it ends up with people asking for a place to post their hentei, and then you get tempermental mods and what not. Discord is fun and all, but this place is way better

Also there are several discord servers where the old offtopic people went to. The reason why they got purged is that they either didn’t play D1 or D2. I’m gonna get purged next year (if I don’t get permabanned before then) because I’m not buying destiny 3. Unless it’s on switch, then I might
