Shouldn’t lose GP in general for losing matches... but here we are at the mercy of Bungie.

Wouldn’t be much of a ranking system if you didn’t. At that point, it would just be a separate Valor track.
-
I really don’t consider it ranked play. But that’s just my opinion
-
Sure, but even if you don’t consider it ranked, if you didn’t lose it for losing matches, it would just be Valor. There wouldn’t be much reason to have a separate Valor track for competitive.
-
Valor gains points for losing. Glory could only allow points for winning.
-
Oh, ok. Still seems like there would be little point making it separate from Valor, but you do you.
-
Well bungie could also easily give valor some weapons....but noooo. Only glory gives some cool weapons. It is very easy to add some weapons to resetting valor....
-
And if they do keep the negative factor, there should be more ways to accrue GP, to help balance it out for players who don’t excel in crucible, such as bounties, or trading 100 tokens for 100GP
-
Alright, that’s fair. That would definitely make it useless as a ranking system, but I suppose if you already don’t think of it as one, that’d seem like a good addition. Personally, I’m fine with Glory staying the way it is, but I’d prefer that there not to be quests that rely on Glory in that case. Either it should be a ranking system or a score to grind for rewards, but trying to make it both causes problems.

It is definitely something they forgot to consider when doing Luna howl and not forgotten quest lines. If they did go back and change it at some point, it would definitely leave me with no complaints to the dlc thus far

Editado por Alzaray: 10/13/2018 2:55:40 PMI’m not saying that the things should not be different, I’m saying the grind should be more intense without the factor of going negative. So if you do away with the reverse factor, increase the points required to advance. See where I’m going with this. Bungie needs to live by there words of “ we want to encourage more players to participate.” This is just a fragment of the issue.
