I am not sure if others are having this problem but there are two Dreaming City triumphs that have NOT unlocked for me. I have completed the Shattered Throne mission and I have Wish Ender, however, the Triumph for completing the Shatter Throne did not unlock. Also, last night I completed the ascendant challenge but the triumph for completing all 6 did not unlock. I have competed all of the ascendant challenges as I do them every week. Does anyone else have this issue?
