Spend 15 minutes in a strike - 2 blues. 20 minutes in gambit - 1 blue. 10 minutes in the crucible - 1 blue 30 minutes in the nightfall - 2 blues. 5 minutes in a public event - 1 blue. Why does everything reward blues the vast majority of the time when random rolls makes farming multiples of the same legendary gear a viable and rewarding option? Combine this with the severe reduction in exotic drop rates and we have more to do than ever before but less reason to do any of it outside of milestones.
